The Palisades Parks Conservancy invites you to a dedication ceremony marking the completion of the All-Person’s Trail and ADA-accessible viewing platform at Perkins Memorial Area, made possible through the philanthropic vision of the Perkins Family.

The formal dedication of a commemorative plaque will honor the Perkins Family's transformative gift and their enduring commitment to accessibility.

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to join a community picnic event at Lake Welch, hosted in partnership with Achilles International, Helen Hayes Hospital, and Wounded Warrior Project.
