On Monday, June 1st Palisades Parks Conservancy hosted our annual benefit event, Party for the Parks. 200+ guests joined us at Ross Dock in the Palisades Interstate Park for a night of great food, drinks, music, and unparalleled views of the George Washington Bridge and the Manhattan Skyline.
This year we were thrilled to celebrate our 25th anniversary by honoring Carol Ash, a founding visionary of the Conservancy and lifelong steward of the Palisades and Hudson Valley; Champlain Hudson Power Express, whose landmark renewable hydropower transmission project is launching this summer; and the New Jersey Chapter of Achilles International, whose inspiring work brings athletes with disabilities into our parks and communities.
