Holly is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development & Planning at Empire State Development. Previously, she was the Regional Administrator for New York and New Jersey at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under President Obama. She was the Executive Director of New Yorkers for Parks (NY4P), a research and advocacy organization that champions quality parks for all New York City neighborhoods, and has held positions at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), and the Municipal Art Society. She graduated magna cum laude from Yale College and cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law.
Since moving to the Bronx in 2014, Holly can often be found at dusk sitting on her balcony, cocktail in hand, watching the sun set behind the Palisades with her husband Adam. She considers the New Jersey Palisades her local park and loves hiking and exploring its cliffs, woods and beaches with family and friends.
